A sport court company, built that way on purpose
EliteTrax Surfaces builds and resurfaces tennis, pickleball and basketball courts for universities, cities, counties, school districts, clubs and builders. We are based in Southlake, Texas and work across five states.
Who we are
EliteTrax Surfaces is the trade name of Los Verdes Hermanos LLC, a Texas company. We are an authorized Laykold dealer and applicator, a VersaCourt authorized dealer and installer, and a member of the American Sports Builders Association.
We are not a crew with trucks. We are a builder with a bench: an ASBA Certified Court Builder setting the specification and overseeing the work, self-performing concrete and surfacing crews under his direction, and a single point of contact who can commit the company.
In 2026 we resurfaced all 18 courts at the University of Oklahoma under a competitive public RFP, completed court work for the City of Schertz and Marie Detty Youth and Family Services, and were awarded court work by the City of Coppell, the City of Edmond and Fort Bend County. On public procurement records we appear as EliteTrax Sports Surfaces.
What we do not do
Synthetic turf, running tracks, gym hardwood and clay courts are outside what we self-perform. When a project needs them we team with a partner and say so.
