We build and resurface courts across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas using Laykold, the official surface of the US Open. We just finished all 18 courts at the University of Oklahoma's Headington Tennis Center, 12 outdoor and 6 indoor, and the complex was just named a 2026 USTA Outstanding Facility.
Missouri standing
We bid Missouri park board, city and school district court work as it is published and are set up on Missouri agency portals. We have not yet completed a project in Missouri; our completed work, including the 18-court program at the University of Oklahoma, takes reference calls.
What Missouri owners run into
Freeze and thaw cycles open cracks that Texas courts never see. Our proposals name the crack treatment and the preparation for your slab type, and we never rout hairline cracks, which only makes them a yearly maintenance item.
How Missouri agencies, schools and universities buy from us
Bidding. We respond to Missouri city, county, park board and school district solicitations as prime on court work, and as a court subcontractor to general contractors on larger park projects. Missouri unit-price repair and maintenance contracts are a fit for our per-court pricing model.
Cooperative contracts. Missouri public bodies that participate in national cooperatives such as Sourcewell or OMNIA Partners can buy Laykold systems through the manufacturer's contract, delivered by EliteTrax as an authorized dealer.
Registrations. SAM.gov and agency bid portals. Legal entity Los Verdes Hermanos LLC, dba EliteTrax Sports Surfaces.
Public bid results in our footprint show winning prices for a plain acrylic resurface on existing courts spanning roughly $6,700 to $16,000 per court on jobs of 4 to 16 courts, with single-court jobs higher. Those are other owners' awards, not our pricing; see the budgeting guide for the sources. Send photos and an address for a number for your courts.

Five steps, one point of contact
You deal with the person who can commit the company. No call center, no layers.
Assessment
Send photos and an address, or we walk the site. We look at the slab, cracks, drainage and fencing before anyone talks price.
Scope and budget number
A line-item proposal: what is included, the system by name, what happens with cracks, and a realistic number you can plan around.
Schedule
Acrylic goes down at 50 degrees and rising, so we set a window that fits the season and your calendar.
Install
Preparation, repairs, surfacing and striping to the manufacturer specification, with daily photo records on every public project.
Walk and closeout
You walk the courts with us before final acceptance. Outdoor courts are ready to play 24 hours after lines when nights stay above 60 degrees.
Missouri court questions
Have you built courts in Missouri?
Not yet. We bid Missouri work as it is published, and our completed projects, including all 18 courts at the University of Oklahoma, take reference calls. Our managing partner is a Missouri State alum.
Can you handle freeze-thaw damage?
Yes. Preparation and crack treatment are named in the proposal for your slab type. Where a slab has moved beyond what surface work can fix, we say so and price the alternatives; see the resurface or rebuild guide.
Do you do unit-price maintenance contracts?
Yes. Annual repair and resurfacing contracts priced per court or per unit fit how we work; we build the proposal around your term and your court inventory.
When is the resurfacing season in Missouri?
Acrylic needs 50 degrees and rising at the surface, so roughly late April through early October outdoors, and year-round indoors.
Courts in Missouri on your list?
Send the court count and the city. You will get a realistic scope and budget number so you know what to plan for, even if the work is a year out.
