Floor coatings for builders and GCs
For custom home builders and general contractors in the Dallas Fort Worth area, EliteTrax installs garage, shop and commercial floor coatings and decorative concrete through our subcontractor bench. One contact, one proposal, scheduled around your closing or turnover date.
Coating services
Garage floor coatings
Full-flake coating systems in the flake color of your choice, with stem walls included in the scope. Most garages take two days.
Shop and commercial floors
Flake or solid color systems for shops, warehouses and light commercial space, scheduled around your trades.
Decorative concrete
Stained and polished concrete through our decorative concrete partner when the design calls for it.
Send the floor dimensions and a few photos and you will get a proposal. Courts remain our main business; see basketball and multi-sport courts for residential and builder court work.
