Pickleball courts

Pickleball court construction and resurfacing

Dedicated facilities, conversions and indoor resurfacing for cities, clubs and youth organizations. Cushioned Laykold systems for player comfort, or VersaCourt modular tile where tile is the right answer.

What we do

Pickleball is where the demand is. We build for it.

  • New dedicated courts. Post-tensioned slabs, perimeter and divider fencing, nets and surfacing, delivered as one package through our team.
  • Conversions. One tennis court becomes four pickleball courts, with fencing and nets planned in, not bolted on. Conversion guide
  • Resurfacing and repair. Existing pickleball courts that are cracking, delaminating or just worn get the full preparation and acrylic system, not a paint job.
  • Indoor pickleball. Acrylic resurfacing over existing indoor courts with a return-to-play plan for the facility.
  • Modular tile. EliteTrax is a VersaCourt authorized dealer and installer for tile courts over existing slabs.

How a project runs

Five steps, one point of contact

You deal with the person who can commit the company. No call center, no layers.

1

Assessment

Send photos and an address, or we walk the site. We look at the slab, cracks, drainage and fencing before anyone talks price.

2

Scope and budget number

A line-item proposal: what is included, the system by name, what happens with cracks, and a realistic number you can plan around.

3

Schedule

Acrylic goes down at 50 degrees and rising, so we set a window that fits the season and your calendar.

4

Install

Preparation, repairs, surfacing and striping to the manufacturer specification, with daily photo records on every public project.

5

Walk and closeout

You walk the courts with us before final acceptance. Outdoor courts are ready to play 24 hours after lines when nights stay above 60 degrees.

Common questions

Pickleball court questions

Our pickleball courts were converted from tennis a couple of years ago and are already cracking. What now?

That is the most common call we get. Usually the original work skipped preparation or the slab had movement that was never addressed. We take the surface back to the concrete, treat the cracks properly, rebuild the acrylic system and restripe. The proposal tells you what is included and what is not.

Cushioned or standard surface?

Cushioned Laykold systems are easier on joints and are popular at clubs and indoor facilities. Standard acrylic is the usual choice for parks. We price both when it is a real decision.

Can you add pickleball to our tennis courts without losing tennis?

Yes. Blended lines in a contrasting color keep tennis playable and add pickleball. Portable or permanent nets are part of the conversation.

How many pickleball courts fit on a tennis court?

Four. One standard tennis court footprint holds four pickleball courts with divider fencing, which is why conversions are the fastest way for a park or club to add pickleball capacity.

How fast can we play after resurfacing?

Outdoor courts are ready 24 hours after the lines go down when night temperatures stay above 60 degrees. Indoor, three days.

Planning pickleball courts?

Send the court count and location. We will come back with a realistic scope and budget number, including fencing and nets, so you know what to plan for.
